Located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota, 92nd Home is a beautifully maintained two-story residence designed to provide comfort, safety, and a warm family-style atmosphere for residents. Large windows throughout the home allow for abundant natural light, and a large open backyard offers plenty of green space for relaxation, outdoor activities, and seasonal gatherings.
Our Champlin location provides the same structured, home-style support as our Brooklyn Park homes — a comfortable, supervised environment designed around residents’ comfort and independence.
Our third residential home, currently in development in Brooklyn Park. This expansion reflects our ongoing commitment to providing dependable, high-quality care to more families across the Twin Cities.
Both current locations offer safe, comfortable, home-like living with compassionate daily support, healthy meals, social engagement, medication administration, mobility and fall-prevention support, and a nurse on site and on call as needed.
